About the Company
Fands Infonet Private Limited (Fands) commenced its operations in 1994 in Pune, India, in computer related training activities. Fands continues to benefit from the leaps taken by the Indian Information Technology (IT) and IT Enabled Services industry. It is a solid and structured service provider and plays a major role in the present days of outsourcing.

Fands is an acronym of fast and steady. As the name suggests the organization is steady in its quest for learning new technologies and thrives on fast response.     Sandeep Tapaswi
     As a CEO of Fands he has been the pillar for making Fands a pioneer in launching many training programs. Sandeep has completed his Masters in Business Administration along with Engineering in Computers. He is the recipient of the Rotary Recognition Award 2003-04 for his exemplary contribution in the field of information technology as a promising and emerging entrepreneur at the hands of Dr. Anand Deshpande CEO & President of Persistant Systems Pvt.Ltd. He has delivered a lecture on HR issues in call centers at a seminar conducted by Indo American Chamber of Commerce. A number of articles written by him have been published in leading newspapers namely Times, Indian Express etc..   He is also the Co-Author of the book BPO Digest.

    Vaishali Tapaswi
    Vaishali has a very rich and extensive experience in the IT services industry. As the CTO of Fands – she has been a key person in establishing the Fands brand name in the IT scenario of Pune. Having imparted numerous training programs in Advance Technologies like Java – EJB, WebLogic, IBM Websphere, XML, .NET Technologies, Webservices she has been a name much sought after in IT training.  Vaishali is an industry acclaimed expert on J2EE technology and brings to the table wide experience of variety of application servers.  She is credited for taking corporate trainings at almost all the major IT organisations in Pune at sometime.  She is the receipent of the Women Enterprenurer Award for the year.  The award was handed over by Mr Sharad Pawar.
