Sangeetha has about 14 years of experience and has been in Human Resources and Learning & Development
functions in both IT & ITES companies like Aptech, Suvistas, and Motorola. She is trained in NLP and
DISC profiling. She is trained in Ontology (Science of Being). She has graduated from Coach You University
(Sydney) in Coach Essential's program. Got trained to be an Executive & Life Coach. She is a certified
trainer in Kepner & Fourie Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills. As a trainer consultant she has been
closely associated with various organizations like Microsoft, Philips, Cognizant Technologies, Oracle, UBS,
Infotech Enterprises, Wipro, CSC, Maytas Group, Symphony Services, Logica CMG, Ness Technologies, Microsoft,
GVK Bio, Keane India, Diebold Services, Infor solutions, EA Mobile art, Touch Home Express, OSI Technologies,
