Shriniwas is technocrat with 18 years of experience in software architecture, design and development. He has managed and delivered large software applications and products. He has worked in Banking and Finance, eCommerce, CRM, Sales Force Automation, Healthcare domain. He is a certified SCRUM master and practitioner for last 3 years. Shriniwas likes teaching and training.

Shriniwas holds BE (Computer Sc. and Engineering) from WIT, Solapur and ME (Computer Sc. and Engineering) degree from VJTI, Mumbai.
 
  Objectives:
1. Understanding of why ORM is needed and why hibernate in particular
2. Know about the hibernate framework architecture.
3. Learn to setup and configure the hibernate framework for a Java    application.
4. Learn to map Java classes and object associations to relational database    tables with annotation and mapping files.
5. Study Hibernate mapping strategies.
6. Learn the Hibernate Query Language and Criteria query for retrieving and     persisting objects
