Dr.
Chandrasekhar is a post graduate and doctorate
from IIT Kharagpur and a noted Consultant for
Quality Systems and Project management. He has
been a consultant for more than 400 companies
in getting certified in last six years for
various models like CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 etc.
He has over 15 years of industry experience
and has worked for Conceso as a Delivery
head for over five years. Dr. Chandrasekhar
is a "Certified Project Management Professional
(PMP)", Certified Six sigma Black belt from
American Society for Quality (ASQ), Candidate
lead appraiser for CMMI V 1.2 from SEI and
lead tutor and auditor for Information security
system ISMS - ISO 27001:2005. He has led several
corporate trainings in the areas of Project
management workshop based on PMI - PMP, MSP 2003/
2007, Software estimations, Software testing,
Software engineering, Information security
management system, Six sigma and Agile
methodologies.

workshop provides a conceptual and practical
understanding of the methods and tools for
managing software projects through the SCRUM
methodology. This course provides introduction to
Project Management, followed by the usage of this
model in estimation, risk management and
validation activities during the execution of
software projects.
