Abhinav
is a seasoned software technologist and manager
with 15 years of professional experience working
in USA and India. Abhinav
was Director and Head of Storage Practice at
Symphony Services Inc. Abhinav incubated and led
offshore teams for several software product
companies at Symphony. Abhinav also designed and
conducted many technical training sessions and
management workshops to train Symphony
employees. Abhinav is a recognized speaker in
the area of storage technology and has presented
at many industry forums as well as the technical
festivals of various engineering colleges. Prior to joining Symphony, Abhinav
worked as a Principal Engineer with
Digital/Compaq/HP StorageWorks at Colorado
Springs, USA to architect, design and showcase
high end, high performance Storage Area Networks
(SANs). At the beginning of his career Abhinav
developed firmware/software for hard disk
controllers and storage
subsystems. |

Rahul has over 15 years of experience in
Software Development, driving many engagements
through all phases from Concept to Delivery for
product development, one-off projects,
small to large offshore product development
engagement using various technologies. He has a
strong ability to build and direct onshore and
offshore teams for design, development and QA
teams. Excellent skills in Account / Customer
Management, escalation procedures, SLA, Project
Management and bringing operational efficiency to
the organization by increasing utilization,
margins, lowering costs and implementing processes
that are in tune with the growth objectives and
cost objectives of the organization. Rahul is
presently heading the India operations of a Global
Services provider with 150+ people engineering and
business development
team.
