Has worked in large multinational and Consultancy organizations at various levels and handled projects on different platforms. Major emphasis during the last 10 years of the career has been on Business Development, Implementation and Training of Software Engineering Methods like SSAD, OOAD, and various KPA's of SEI-CMM like Requirements Management, Quality Assurance, Software Configuration Management etc.
Rationale
Functional Point Analysis is a well known estimation technique extensively used for project estimations. Using the FPA technique, one can estimate the time, effort, cost and man power requirement for software projects.
